The Heights of Greater Cleveland Rotary Club recently held a combined 2019 and 2020 Fire and Police Awards breakfast to honor those who exemplify the motto: "service above self." The award ceremony is usually held on an annual basis -- at least until COVID-19 turned this year’s festivities into a combined event. The event was held at the Shaker Heights Fire Station on Chagrin Boulevard, with notable attendees including Mayor David Weiss, 

 

This year’s winners included Timothy Haas, Lt. Timothy J. Kohanski, Sgt. Laura Clague, and Scott Zenz. A full write-up can be found here:
